I;m working at World of Sports at T3, 3-TOP.

Then also, earlier this month, I was working for world of sports also, but at harbourfront center.

To top that off, my senior outlet supervisor (now she promote to manager already) at T3 is very good la, super shiok one sia..

my iPod is running out of capacity..

I'd too many songs already, till my 8GB iPod nano capacity left 893.2MB.
I still got 7 more albums haven't add to my iTunes.
Currently my iTunes library have 1802 songs, I think maybe another 2 months, my iPod will be full!
Which means I can't d***l*** any more songs..

So I'm planning to buy another iPod this year.
I'm considering the iPod Touch 2nd-Gen (32GB) because it has a big screen, good for me to watch movies outside.
(Currently I have 89 movies, which is like 63.4GB)
Obviously I only put those movies I wanna watch for that day then delete them from the iPod once I had watched them.
But the iPod Touch 32GB is like quite pathetic due to its small capacity.
But if I were to consider the iPod Classic (120GB), then my 'capacity problem' will be solved.
But then the screen of iPod Classic is like 2.5", as compared to the 3.5" of iPod Touch.

Aiya, I really don't know which one to get..
Definitely not an iPod nano anymore.
Anyway, I know that Apple will release their new iPod Line every year during September, so maybe this september Apple may release the 3rd-Gen iPod Touch with a 64GB.
Then I confirm buy that man.
The price will be very expensive because the current 32GB version is already selling at $649.
I think maybe if got the 64GB version, the price maybe selling at $700++..
Haha.. I shall wait and see for the release in September this year, and hope my current iPod can last...

Dental

Been to the dental several times for scaling and polishing, consultation, 2 X-rays and orthodontic mould.
I'm going to inform my dentist for a confirmation date to do my wisdom tooth surgery at paragon.
Quite scared tho, but still I've to do it, otherwise the consequences will be worst in the future.
I'd a impacted wisdom tooth and now my last molar was impacted too.
Anyway, I'd requested for a sedation surgery, so all my worries will be gone once the sedative is injected into my body.
The dentist had warned me that this surgery will have a 1% chance of getting a permanent nerve damage, but I don't think 1% is so great or what; which is equals to like 0%.. Haha.
So after my surgery, I'll proceed on with my orthodontic treatment, for about 2 and a half years.
Hep, I just want to get over it once and for all.
Update again soon..

Haa. Finally I got some cash in hand!
This CNY rocks okay.
I got an amazing $600 for hongbao.
Haaaa.. Haahaahaaaaaa..
I couldn't stop laughing sia.
Siao already - I'm so "kian liu" ('money face' in hokkien)..
HAHAHA.. See! I keep laughing non-stop!
Normally every CNY, I only got $250 for hongbao.
HAHAHA..

Anyway, here's my plan to start saving up for future uses...
I opened 2 more bank saving accounts - OCBC & UOB.
So with my previous account, which was POSB savings, in total I got 3 bank savings accounts.
You may say I 'siao' or what, but there are 2 reasons I can think of till now for having 3 bank accounts + 3 ATM cards of course!
Firstly, it's for convenience!
Secondly, I will put all my savings into the OCBC & UOB accounts, and whereas for my POSB account, I'll use it for everyday spending.
Now all 3 accounts are all very "ai zai" already..
Haha.. Finally I got money again!!
Actual amount I won't say, of course.
Cos where got people disclose their money on their blog one!! Toot!
In addition to that, my mum had signed a debit card for me about 3 months ago.
That debit card is by Fairprice and is linked to my OCBC account, aiya, I won't use that debit card/VISA one ahh..

My 3 ATM cards & 1 Debit card.

Let's hope I get into my 1st choice and things will go smoothly for me in 2009!!

Hey everyone, I'm back to blog.
I'm not dead or what okay.
Let me explain for myself..
Previously I do not have a computer to update my blog, because I'd my macbook refunded.
So right now I'd just bought a toshiba notebook, okay some of you here will go "eww" when you hear the brand 'Toshiba' as for a laptop.
But Toshiba notebook is rank No. 1 in Japan.
As for the specs, it's good.

Anyway, as for what I'd been doing for the past few ~~days~~ weeks, I just summarised it here.
Went to the 1s22 class chalet and wild wild wet on the next day with yongheng, jiale, wenbin and germayne.
Went to sengkang swimming complex with yongheng, jiale and germayne a few days later.
There are slides at the swimming complex, damn fun.
And there was also my sec 4 class chalet because I was down with a fever and bad headache, so I didn't went for it - I'm so sorry guys!!

And my fever and bad headache continued for about another 1 week and I didn't went for my 9 days work at the supermarket.
I was so sick - even till now, I still have occasional sign of giddiness. Sian..
I'd calculated already - if I work for this job, I could have earned about $600 in just 9 days.
Wa.. what a waste.
Aiya, nevermind la. What to do...
Take it as a rest since CNY is round the corner.

As to all my srjc ex-classmates, all the best for your A levels this year. Work Hard!
Oh ya, before I forgot, my choices for this year JAE were

Business Studies Groupings (Temasek Poly)
Accounting & Finance (Temasek Poly)
Advertising & Public Relations (Ngee Ann Poly)
Business Information Technology (Temasek Poly)
Business Enterprise IT (Nanyang Poly)

Although I'd put 5 choices, I only intend to enter the Business Studies Groupings, which is my first choice. [I put the rest just for god sake - I do not want to enter NS now.. haa.]
If I'm not wrong, the posting results will be released by end of January.. Haha, hope I get into my first choice!!

Just came back home..
I'm so broke now can.
I went Great World City with my mum and aunt's family.
We shopped at Esprit from 6.30-10pm, like 3 & 1/2 hour.
For myself, I'd bought 8 clothes,3 undies and a belt.
All of them cost me $896.80.
I got to F myself already.
Aiya, I don't know la, spent so much money today.
I think you all should know, when you buy stuff, you won't go realise how much you'd spent.
But I think it's a much more serious case for me.
My mum only spent around $328.
I want to claim from my mum if possible, if not I can die (kill myself) already..

Anyway, the photos will be uploaded in the next post la, tired and no mood. $_$ (MONEY FACE now!!!)
I go bathe and sleep now - I want to forget on the money I spent..

Been using my macbook for 2 days already.
Good so far. At least much better than my previous HP notebook.
As for my new HP All-in-one printer, is good too!
Print is very fast, scan speed moderate lor.
Perfect combination of my macbook & printer.
Tomorrow Sunny passing me Microsoft Office '08, iWorks '08, Adobe InDesign CS3.
I maybe wanna play Call of Duty 4 on this Macbook.
Haha.
Anyway, pictures of my Macbook will be uploaded in the next post! I promise this time. Haa, cause I'm lazy to edit it. LOL.
Oh ya people, my current mobile number will stop this Monday.
I'm changing to a new number.
Most probably getting a new phone tomorrow.

WOO!!
I'd just received my Macbook last night.
OMG, I'm still learning how to use it.
Pretty much like the windows - in fact I think only 20% like the windows. Haa.
I don't know what exactly am I talking about la, I 'm too excited.
The keyboard is so tactile, the feel is so good, I simply love mac man.
Now still a little hard to get used, but surely a few more weeks, I'll be able to handle it with ease.
tho alot of system preferences I'm so like OMG - WTF.. etc.
I don't intend to change them anyway either.
Mac rock man!
But my pocket had already been burnt!!
And I'm still waiting for this saturday for my new phone.
This year I had been spending alot! I better start to save up...

Hey! I'm getting my macbook soon!
Hopefully by next week.
Got my 1st week at SEAB pay already, so the 2nd week pay will be next week Friday.. muahahaha.
Where's my TEC pay? my $270 lei.. The agent told me she'll call us this Friday, hopefully.. if not I'll... HAHAHA!

I didn't sleep the whole night, since last afternoon till now, I'd been importing songs into my iTunes and d****oading movies.
Now, I have a 'sui sui' 33 movies in my laptop! wahaha.
Watched about 18 movies already, still got like ... *still counting* ... 33-18=15, 15 more movies!!
I can only watch them maybe next week.

Anyway, sad to inform you people that I won't be updating my blog till end of next week, because later around 3pm the HP people coming to my house to collect this HP laptop back and pass me a cheque.
I don't know how much is the refund la, but confirm at least $2238 cos I bought this laptop for $2238.
Pray hard, the compensation will be huge, maybe 2.5k?? hahaha, then I don't need to pay so much for my macbook.

My mum using her HSBC credit card to buy for me the macbook! Still need to wait for her off-day.
Mio Home coming this Thursday 12pm, just got the confirmation sms from singtel.

Currently, my iTunes has 1136 songs. 1136 SONGS lei!! hahaa.

And which means my ipod nano left with 3.3GB. Sian ah..

I'll getting another iPod nano 16GB or iPod Classic 120GB once my this iPod runs out of space.

You may think that I'm wasting money or too much money to spend already right?

But it's not okay, just that I need music in my life - LOL. wtf, my bullshit..

I still got like 400+ songs in RAR folders, I need to ask sunny how to extract them as it'll ask me for some password thingy.

Now I a bit miss my laptop already, although it's just right in front of me now!

Haa, you can't see me online for the next whole week! **** i just use the 'f' word. LOL.

So my iPod and PSP will be very crucial to me for the next whole week.

I'll go for jogging and out with friends to kill time. haha.

Haaha. Finally my work at SEAB had ended!
It's something worth celebrating yet worth missing about too.
Whenever I finish a job, I do feel good, just like the many of you here - you should feel almost the same as me.
However, I'm gonna miss all the friends I made over there.
Although it was just a short 2 weeks plus of work at SEAB, plus all of us aren't friendly at the beginning, today was super memorable.
I don't know why either, doubt me man..

One of my 'good' friend, Ceno [don't know how to spell, OPPS!!] whom sit beside me didn't come for work today!
Walau, that means that he wasn't in the picture today!
And yesterday was the last time I last saw him.. SAD. LOL!!

Bored..
This weekend I stayed at home!
No where to go and singapore is indeed such a small country.
Didn't managed to proceed with the photo-shoot with jim because he could only make it late at 10pm or so.. Haa.

I'm really sorry for the past few posts without any pictures! I'll update with pictures when there are activities or events!! Haha.
Wait for me to get my macbook first ba, since now I don't store pictures in this laptop.
Wa sian, HP quickly give me the cheque~~!!!

My mozilla firefox kept having problems for the past 1 week - every time I close the browser, it'll says the firefox had crashed!
So just now I had successfully installed Apple Safari.
It's quite fast tho'
Anyway, using Safari now is good too as it is the internet browser for my soon to come macbook!
So I need to get used to it now - it's simple to navigate anyway.

Kk, I need to go rest my eyes till 6am now!

Wahaha.. finally Friday had past!
So it means that I can rest before I carry on my work on Monday.
Woot! I'm so glad!
Able to watch some movies in my laptop tomorrow afternoon.
Watched Prom Night already. Ending a bit suck, but overall still okay.

Got unlimited video in demand to watch for the whole 2 years!!

I got a damn funny thing to share with you guys!
Today at work, I was counting the marks for the O' level Social Studies scripts, and as you all should know that this year the SS syllabus had changed, and this silly thing came to make me laugh till my jaws dropped to the ground + heart failure + stomach & mouth cramp, etc.. Haha!

This fellow [which I don't know who exactly since the scripts only have the candidate index number] scored 2/25 marks for section A and 0/25 marks for section B.
Don't be surprise by this because there are others who got a 0/50 mark for the SS paper.
At least this fellow wrote some macham crap and still can beat those people who wrote something seems logical and still scored 0/50 mark - this fellow got 2/50 marks! Haha.
However, what so funny about this fellow was that he wrote CRAP in his SS paper!!

Extract from that fellow's script Section B - Structured Essay Qn..
" Chapter 1 - The traffic flow
The traffic flow can be controlled by the 'park & drive scheme'.
The Sun has twenty brothers and they control the traffic flow on the Singapore roads. "

It's like WHAT THE FUCK lor..
Then this is what this fellow wrote after the above sentence..

After 6months of long battle, General Yamashita won the battle with honour but he

It's really like WTF, and I want to kill this fellow for being so DUMB and LAME!

And of course, this fellow wrote "Chapter 2 - Hercules" & "Chapter 3 - Intruders".
I'd forgotten the story for chapter 2 & 3 already, I only remember the chapter 1 story very clearly!
In the recording room where all the temporary staffs were located at, everyone were looking at me because I was laughing so loudly - I really lost my control, my muscles are not controlling me anymore.. because it's just super funny la.
Then I pass that fellow's script around the table and let the other staffs read the loser's script, everyone laughed!
Let hanbin see, and he laughed too.
Then during our lunch break, hanbin and I told cheeming and juming about it, cheeming lost control of himself AGAIN!!! HAHAHA..
I tell you guys, it is really damn funny! Imagine writing like this for O' Level.The marker just draw a line across his/her script and put a 'X'. Wahaha.. serve that fucker right!

His action, which is by writing retarded answers cause me to get a warning from my in-charge, because I was laughing too loudly and disturbing the other staffs and markers.
Damn that fellow man, I guarantee he will fail his combined humanities and his bloody O' level!!!
And worst of all, the marker really sympathised him man, gave him 2 marks for section A - source based question.
For Qn 1(c), he wrote "Yes, it will." and the marker gave him 1 mark.
For Qn 1(d), he wrote " No." and the marker gave him another mark. FUCK THIS LOSER.

Monday work starts at 9am. Hopefully won't see such scripts anymore.
Oh ya, I got a photoshoot tomorrow at jim's house.
He got another new guitar.

Today outing

Hah people..
Woke up at 1pm today and went to Tampines mall at 4pm to wait for yvonne.
Finally there is stock for the Canon ixus 870IS.
Yvonne bought the gold one.

The design and colour very nice right! Haha.

Then later on shihong came at 6.20pm and the 3 of us watched Madagascar 2 at Tampines mall GV.

It's a nice show - hilarious!

So after the movie, around 8pm, we went to popular to get some stationary and stuff before going to the bus stop to take bus 27.
Saw cherelle at the bus stop. Talk cock with her for a while. LOL.
Bused to IKEA with yvonne and shihong.
I want to take a look at some 1-seater sofa for my room.

Yvonne and shihong got themselves some stuff from IKEA and I bought a wine glass.
Walked over to Giant and I had my dinner at the foodcourt.
Yvonne & shihong were accompanying me! HAHA. I'm some "big-shot"!! Just kiddin'
Shopped at Giant supermarket and they bought some stuff.
Yvonne bought a pair of socks. Very cute sia.
I love to carry yvonne's knife set! - inside don't know got how many knifes. Haha.
After that, shihong took her bus home while I sent yvonne to punggol flyover and I took bus 83 home.

Now I'm home sweet home!!
Oh ya, I bought the wine glass from IKEA because I wanted to use it for my absolut Vodka VANILLA with a little sprite added to it.
I'm drinking it now! The taste was great man!

Okay, I'm going to bathe now and watch Indiana Jones And The Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull later.

Hello people, guess some of you here may think that I'd stopped blogging since I didn't update for quite some time.
In fact, I was just busy to do so.

Anyway, just to keep you all updated, I'm currently working at SEAB [stands for Singapore Examination and Assessment Board].
I'm working with cheeming,junming and hanbin.
The work had just stopped and will continue on this coming monday, which is 17th nov.
Work till 3 dec and will be looking for a new job to sustain my life till next year april and the following 3 years in poly!
Woot. Talking about poly makes me feel good.
I simply want to start school now in poly if I have the choice.
But too bad uh, ..... I can't!

My resolution for the year 2008, which is just like 2 months and less, is to get the new Macbook and repaint my room, which also includes cleaning up and tidying the stuff.

1S22 class chalet is on 11 & 12th nov and Genting trip is on 17th nov to don't know when come back.
I think 4 days.
Haa.
Thinking of cameras will remind me of yvonne cause she still haven't got herself a camera.
That time me and her went to shop for the canon ixus 870is, but all the 3 retail stores we went didn't have any stock - mainly because that model is a very very new model.

Finally got back my laptop!
Can't imagine my life without my laptop..
Been using my desktop for the past 2 weeks plus, but now it crashes.
But it's alright, cause I have my laptop with me to kill time.
All poly friends are schooling and srjc friends having their A lv Chinese paper tomorrow, I'm just ripping CDs into my laptop.
Spent my past few days rotting + going out + clearing the house.
And now, I'm downloading some movies to watch!
Had some problems with the bittorrent client just now, but I had solved them.
So glad!
I'm famished now! Hadn't had my lunch and I decide to go buy my dinner.
Starting to feel the pain in my stomach - mild gastric pain.

Anyway, I would like to thank sunny for sending me Bitdefender Total Security 2009 last night.
He was rushing for his drawing, hope he didn't got scolded by his tutor.

What a day!

Here to blog before I go to bed.
Today was great man!
Woke up at 8am and met weizhong at my house downstairs to go work together.
Trained to Orchard station and then walked 300m plus plus to Shangri-La Hotel.
Reached there at exactly 10am. we were on time!!
Today dress code was SIMPLE! shirt with jeans.
I worked from 10am-2pm, whereas weizhong worked from 10am-8pm.
I left early because I need to meet my parents at compasspoint Best Denki.
Bought a Full HD 42" LCD TV from there.
The tv will come in next Wednesday! I can't wait!!
The brand I chose was Philips, new model.
Chose this brand because it is value for money - the specifications and price were reasonable!
Anyway, my dad will be buying a Philips DVD Home Theater sound bar when the TV arrived next Wednesday! I think it costs $1099.
My dad is wasting money again! Just like me! Father like son..
Mum will start to nag again - but I don't care. Ignore her nagging will do.

Cheeming worked from 3pm to 11pm/12am today. Called him at 10.30pm just now and he was still working.
He told me that he'll call me when he reached home to confirm the meeting time tomorrow morning as we're going together.
He told me he was so tired - he was grumbling because he don't know what time will he be released from work as he was supposed to finish at 10pm.

Bought a black long sleeve shirt and pants from G2000. Quite cheap anyway.
Then dad fetch my mum and I to tampines mall to shop.
Bought a wallet from Goldlion. I chose the one made of hard genuine leather.
Still, quite cheap. Only @ $98.
So today spent about $230 on 3 items.
The next thing I'll be getting will be a Sony PlayStation 3!!
It's quite cheap - $750 with 4 Blu-ray games.
I'm shopping for a bag too.
See when I'm free, then I'll ask some friends out to buy.
Anyway, saw sunny and huiyin near tampines mall, waiting for cab at the bus stop.
Sunny act 'guai'/polite as he greeted my mum. [Thanks for your cab offer sunny!]

There's work for me tomorrow!
7am-10pm - I bet the employer will drag till 11pm or so, but it's alright for me!
I need fast and easy cash!

Finally here to update my blog!
Been 11 days since my last post.
Can say that I had been slacking all the way for the past few days, that includes going out with friends.

Rewind!
Went East Coast Park for cycling with some 1S22ers last Saturday, which was 2 days ago [Wanee, Genevieve, Cheryl, Wanru, Yongheng, Bukcheng, Germayne and I].
Cycled for 2 hours plus and took a bus back to parkway parade for dinner.
It ended up with Yongheng, Bukcheng, Germayne and I eating at Mac.

Woke up at 7pm yesterday.
I was so tired that I slept the whole afternoon.
Met up with Weizhong at punggol plaza for dinner and cheeming came just as we were about to finish our dinner.
Cheeming was so hurry to go off, he said he will be taking a bus to hougang and walk back to punggol! Damn him.
Weizhong and I think that he's meeting a girl, just that he's too shy to admit.
Went eugene's house aftermath because weizhong wanted to send a email.
Three of us chatted till 10pm and went home.
Weizhong still cannot go home yet because he didn't bring his keys along and his family hasn't return home - poor thing.
So we wandered around my block estate and talk about some web development stuff.
Reached home at 12am and watched tv and some DVDs till now!
Dad just came home 1hr ago as he went to buy Mac breakfast for me and sis.
I just finished the sausage egg muffin and tea and left the hotcake for her.
So now I'm here to blog.

Later 6pm I need to go to paya lebar for job briefing.
Will be working at Shangri La hotel from Tuesday to Friday, except Wed.
3 days for $200.
I think I can get my PS3 soon!

2nd post of the day!

I'm so busy these few days, and will be busier the next few days!!
I got many things to do okay.
I need to design a class logo for 1S22, look for suitable supplier, get the class to agree with the design of the logo, colour of shirt and shirt types (T-shirt,Jersey,Polo tee).
I still need to edit the remaining photos on last friday photo-shoot and grandfather's birthday.
Adding on.. I need to edit the Adam khoo video for the the PW op.
As for the class chalet, I will see to it due late October.
Dam! I got lots of things to do & I want to do all of them fast! Hopefully by early next week!
I also need to go out with friends, and not forgetting my bday celebration including other october-ers and some september-ers bday with 1S22.

Okay, I'll get back to design the class logo NOW and shall end here!

Back to blogging after &%&%&@&%%$%&@ days!
I'm being sarcastic.
Let me backtrack a little so you know what I have been doing for the past few days.

Last Friday, met Jim at Punggol MRT station for photo shooting. Will upload the photos when I get back my laptop from HP.
Then met him again at night at sengkang for night photo shooting.
Damn tiring when I got back home, but still I love it as I'm in love in photography!

I forgot what I did on Saturday (now is already 5am, I'm so lack of sleep and TIRED!, so don't expect me to recall all the things!).
On Sunday, supposedly I'm going to Rueyyi's house to see some friends play mahjong, but I'm so tired due to lack of sleep, so didn't went and slept at home the whole day!

I think I'm so 'dead', I kept sleeping in the day and so active in the night!
I can lie in my bed from 12am-6am and still cannot sleep.
My eyes are so tired yet my mind is so active! I think I'm suffering from insomnia!

I'll be going school later, just in case I don't fall asleep from now till 9am, cause once I sleep now, I'll not be able to wake up until 3pm in the afternoon.
My sleeping cycle totally changed after I withdrew from jc!
I'm highlighting my hair at end of this month due to project work OP.
Just now in the evening met weizhong,cheeming and jianyi to fill in the 1-day work for SEAB.
That work day will be at the Singapore EXPO on this coming Monday.
7-10am and we'll get a whole day pay, which is $50.
Easy money. We just need to control the crowd flow for 3hrs and get $50! SIMPLE!

Finally it's October!
I somehow like this month, not just this year but for every year.
I don't know why..
Just came back from sengkang with eugene as we went to have our dinner there.
All the fast-food restaurants in Compasspoint were flooded!
We end up had our dinner at the food court opposite CP.

Tomorrow I might be going back to school to let my PW teacher sign the withdrawal form and attend the PW oral presentation lecture before going home.
I'm not in the mood to go back to school. See how first.

I'm going to watch television now, so bye.

Okay guys, finally I'm back on blogging!
Sorry for not updating for the past few days.

Let's backtrack..
Didn't went for the promo exams eventually.
Told my dad on Sunday night.
He wasn't happy at first but I just told him that I really don't feel like taking the exams and he respected my decision and told me not to regret for doing that.
So on Monday afternoon, he went to my school and took the withdrawal form.
I'm going back to school tomorrow to hand it in and then I'm officially out of this JC.
Been to the gym and swimming complex for the past few days and of course, I ate and slept a lot for the past few days!
Went to SKCC with Eng Mgu for table tennis training just now.
Came home at 10.30pm and was drained out.

I think I'll not buy that Nikkor 50mm f/1.4 lens which I'd mentioned in the previous post because I went to the Nikon site just now and learnt that a newer Nikkor 50mm f/1.4 lens will be out this December!
This new version will produce better image quality and more natural background blur.
It'll cost about $600+, about $200 more than the older version.
The older version had been out in the market for 13 years already.
Luckily I didn't went to buy the older version, if not "wasted".
So I'll most probably buy the new 50mm f/1.4 by 31st December! Stay tuned...
The full model name for this new 50mm f/1.4 is AF-S NIKKOR 50mm f/1.4G, comparing it to the older version of 50mm f/1.4 AF 50mm f/1.4D.
Notice the differences in the name? AF-S instead of AF and 'G' instead of 'D'.
I know some of you want to see how these 2 lenses look like, so I'll post them here.

Oh man.. Look at the time I'm blogging!!
It's 4.56am now!
I just played CabalSEA and finally resting my eyes.
I started from lv 1 till now, which is lv 12.
I chose the job Blader and trained from 2-4am.
I know I'm slow in leveling!
But it's alright.

Didn't went school on Monday, which is yesterday, and not intending to go school later.
I'm going to sleep till 2 or 3pm.
I guess I'll be going for the promotional exams, cause I don't want to argue with my dad anymore.
I'm going to concentrate on GP and Economics, and hopefully Physics.
Meeting Jiale at the coffee shop outside the school at 4pm later, to have dinner first before proceeding for the GP consultation.
I'm well-prepared... for the GP consultation I mean.

Well, guess the more confirm course that I'll be choosing in poly next year would be "Advertising and Public Relations" in NP.
I think I'm quite okay with this course, and given that the advertising industry is fun and full of opportunities!
I'll definitely like it more than any other courses!
Of course, it's very highly superbly competitive in the advertising industry, but the industry is growing...
So you don't need to be afraid of getting unemployed or what.

Press Backwards
I bought a 67mm lens UV filter from Sim Lim Square yesterday (Monday).
The brand is "Vitacom", made in Japan.
The price was $88 but I bargained till $20.
I'm on a shopping spree.
Okay, I checked the price of Nikon 50mm F/1.4 lens already, it costs $450.
I guess I'll buy it end of this year.
My budget for this lens is below $400!
So I'm going to bargain again..

Tomorrow I'll be having lunch with Eugene again, hopefully.
Because he stays near my house.
Then I guess I'll play Cabal for a while then study for GP then go meet Jiale.

I guess I'm going to sleep now!

Entering poly is a mistake?

Why when I said I want to go to poly, everyone thinks that I'm those irresponsible type of person? Thinks that I'm taking poly as an escape route? Thinks that I'll have a bleak future? ... ... ...
I don't wish to elaborate further on.
I just want your sincere wishing and that's all!
Why bother to comment on me and think that you're so much better than me?
I'm speechless...

Just now over the phone, I raised the idea of withdrawing from jc to my dad.
Guess what? His reply was a definite NO!
I don't feel like going to school already, whats more about promo?
I don't care much about my jc academia already, and what I ask for is to enter the course I like in poly and move on from there.
I know life is tough and there's no easy way out. Yes I know! But why can't you people understand how I feel?
My parents are already nagging because they refused to let me withdraw from jc before promo - they want me to take my promo first then withdraw!
But why can't they see the point that so what after my promo? So what if my results are fantastic or bloody bad? I'll still be going to poly right?
I know people (family & friends) kept saying that I'd wasted 1 YEAR already!
Yes, it's true that I 'd wasted 1 year! But so what? Does it mean that I'm useless or what?
C'mon la, stop being so traditional and think until so conservative.
Ever heard of this oxymoron? the NEW TRADITION?

Little Fashionista Search 2008

The shoot today was fun and exciting!
My first event shooting!
Shoot for 3hrs and got $170.
Wasn't it great?
Obviously, I shoot this fashion not for the money but for my portfolio.
But I kept the money so that I can upgrade my equipments.
Met 1 photographer there. He's quite an experience photographer.
He used a Nikon D300. Everyone is using Nikon DSLR!
NIKON ROCKS!!!
I'm going to buy filter for my zoom lens. I think those cheap ones cost about $15.
I'm also going to buy a battery grip for my D80.
WOW! I think I'm more into photography than my studies!
But c'mon, I earned $170 in 3hrs, but how much can a degree holder earn in 3hrs?
At most $30 in 3hrs?
So little..

Just after the fashion show ends, Jamie Yeo talked to my cousin and signed on my cousin's video camera lens (got filter on the lens, of course!) and later we took photos with her.

The venue is at United Square B1 Atrium.
Tomorrow is the final for the 'Little Fashionista Search 2008'.
It's a children fashion show.
Yes! I'll be bring my Nikon D80 and Nikkor 18-135mm lens along.
I'll meet my elder cousin there and he's lending me his Nikkor 70-200mm f/2.8 and SB-800 speedlight.
I just couldn't wait for tomorrow!
I must wake up on time - 10.30am to prepare and stuff.

But anyway, just came back from my table tennis club training not long ago, 6pm to 10pm. TIRED!

crazy over electronic gadgets

I have to admit, seriously admit that there's a craze burning in me!
I saw this upcoming slider handphone from Sony Ericsson, C905, which features an 8.1 megapixel digital camera and xenon flash!
This is crazy okay. The image that was taken by it was acceptable for its class, as in a mobile phone. So don't expect DSLR results!
This phone also comes with Wi-fi and GPS-enabled for geo-tagging of photos and navigation support.
Told you, this phone is simply unbelievable!
This phone will be out around October, around the same date as the Nikon D90!

Now, still considering the Samsung Soul, Samsung Soul b and Sony Ericsson C905.
But I'll be getting a new mobile phone early next year although contract ends this November.
I'll look out for the prices of these 3 phones next year before making any decision.

So right now, I want to sell my Nikon D80 away and get a D90 and then followed by a new mobile phone.

OMG! As I was browsing the web for new photography tips, I came to learn that the Nikon D90 was out!
OMG! OMG! OMG!
I always wanted a Nikon D90 but couldn't wait for its release as at that time, no web had show the information about Nikon D90!
So I bought my Nikon D80 during March.
OMG! Now, I somehow felt a little regretful for buying the Nikon D80.
Nikon D90 uses a DX-format CMOS image sensor, but my D80 uses a DX-format CCD image sensor.
This D90 is also the first DSLR in the world to shoot video at 1280 X 720 pixels!
Totally nuts!! The movie quality is better than some camcorders! Don't believe, go to Nikon global website.
D90 will probably be out in Singapore at around October!!

The D90 body looks exactly the same as my D80, just that the image sensor used is different and of course, the functions inside D90!
So anyone interested to get a DSLR and don't want to spend a lot of money, just tag in my tag-box and I'll let you know more details and also the price!
I can say that I'm willing to sell my D80 at around $1200 for the kit package, all the accessories and 30 litres dry box.

It's really a good deal, and of course, the price can still be negotiated!!

Teachers' Day celebration

Yesterday night I was too tired to blog, therefore I'll do it now.
I was supposed to wake up at 7.30am yesterday to go to my jc for teachers' day celebration, but despite how loud my alarm clock rang, I couldn't woke up on time for school and thus I gave it a miss.
Woke up at 10am eventually and then went to my secondary school instead!
By the time I reached, the concert had already ended. But who cares?
I went back to my secondary school to see my teachers and meet my friends.
The 4A clique was hanging around at the usual place - The tables outside the general office!
Those tables over there were where we all mugged for our O' level.
Great memories okay!

Saw Mr Chong, our A & E math teacher and Mr Cheong, pure physics teacher at the table chatting with the early 4A arrivals - Candy, Cherelle, Huiyin, Christina, Eric (The rest came late)
All of us talked about their life in poly and at that time, I was the only jc kid there! Junming, another jc kid, came later.
I heard bryan and rest came, but I didn't saw there. Maybe they went off already! But I saw kervin when I went up the hall.

Of course! 4A is definitely known for its cam-whoring!

The teachers had meeting at around 3pm.
So Mr Chong went with some of us for lunch at Compasspoint.
8 of us, including Mr Chong, squeezed ourselves in his car!
It was so much similar to a can of sardines!
See! Fully packed! Saw me? I was sitting on junming's lap. Saw Mr Chong's middle finger? Eric was sitting in the front seat and was also holding onto the camera.

We alighted at the Taxi stand while Mr Chong parked his car at the basement of compasspoint. The people at the Taxi stand were shocked to see 7 teenagers squeezing in a small car.

Mr Chong went off first because it was already 2.45pm. He needs to attend the meeting.
Jim came to join us and later followed by ernest, bridget, zeliang, etc.
They went to have their lunch, so candy, huiyin,cherelle,junming,christina and I took bus 83 back to school to look for the other teachers and also to wait for Mr Chong to go to Kbox after the teachers' meeting.
On our way back to school, saw Miss Wong, our geography teacher, outside the school on her way home.

We looked for Mdm Nazimah, our english teacher, Ms Seow, ex-english teacher and my favourite teacher of all time, Mdm Lim, my 4 years table tennis teacher-in-charge!

I want to get a new phone!

I can't wait to get a new phone... OMG!
My singtel contract ends this coming November.
Estimated 3 more months!
Currently I'm using a stupid lousy Nokia handphone.
Once my plan ends, I'll sign for Starhub student plan (more worth!).
And the phone that I'll most probably get will be either Samsung Soul (U900) or Samsung Soul b (U800).
Obviously Soul will be better than Soul b, but Soul b is thinner (only 9.9mm) as compared to Soul (12.9mm).

Samsung Soul (U900) has a 5mp camera with auto-focus, but when I view the sample photos on the Internet, it wasn't comparable to P&S cameras.
Handphones camera are just meant for convenience and they need a few more years to beat the image quality of modern P&S cameras.
If you want to know more specs about these 2 phones, just 'google' their models and you will know.
These 2 phones have really impressive design!
I'll wait till November then I decide on one of them to buy!

You must be wondering why the title of this post is called "SATURDAY"?
It's because today a stupid thing happened! It leaves a deep impression due to my carelessness.
So you must be thinking what is it? Okay, straight to the point!
I lost my O2 touch screen phone!
I find myself very silly and yet till now, I'm still thinking it's a joke to believe it. I'll come to this later.
Let me start by the happenings this morning.

I was supposed to wake up at 7am to go to school for H2 Math lecture that starts at 8.30am, but because I slept late the previous night, at around 3am, thus I didn't went for it.
Felt somehow guilty for that.
I'll go for future weekend lessons if there's any.
Slept till 12pm. WOKE UP, Fresh!
Next, had lunch at pp, then watch the Olympic on SCV.
The Russian women's swimming synchronising team won a Gold medal!
I only had 2 words to describe their performance - Graceful & Fabulous!
Spain received a Silver and followed by China.

Then I went to compasspoint at 6pm.
Drizzling at that time.
Went to the library and found an empty bench and settled down to practice on my math!
I had gone through 3 topics in that 2 hours! Functions, Inequalities, Vectors!
I was so pleased with myself to have that motivation to study!
I longed for that studious spirit, yet now then I possessed it. FREAK!
Saw Aloysius in the library, chatted for a while.
He's in nyjc currently, I knew him during sec 3 at sengkang CC during the weekly table tennis training.
3 years already! Study hard Aloysius!

Then at about 7.15pm, Eugene came to joined me for studying.
He's a poly ~~kid~~ ~~imp~~ student, studying Chemical Engineering in TP.
We were studying and talking at the same time.
But I still managed to study despite talking to him.
Then just as we were about to leave the library for our dinner, I realised that my handphone was not on my writing pad.
I put it on my writing pad all the time.
It must be when I turned to the side to talk to Eugene, someone took it without us noticing.
WTF! Okay, anyway since it's gone, then let it be.
I can always buy a new phone since my 2 years contract is coming to expire this November!
That thief who stole my handphone can't use it anyway, because every time when you want to use the phone, you need to press a button to exit the 'stand by' mode, and it'll bring you to a 'login' page, whereby you need to enter a 4-digits security code to use the phone.
Resetting the phone to 'factory default' also requires you to enter the 4-digits security code.
Hey thief, that's too bad for you, out of so many phones to steal, you chose mine and now, you can't use it.
You can't sell it either, because second hand shop owners will not buy it from you as the phone cannot be unlock with my 4-digits security code.
You just got to dispose it eventually.
As for me, I'd called Singtel to terminate the sim card in that O2 phone and Singtel will be giving me a new sim card for free when I go collect it from the Hello shop at compasspoint tomorrow.
The only loss I had was all my contacts!
Damn you thief!

So you see, don't you find that I'm silly in the first place to put my phone on the writing pad and not in my bag? And It's quite funny when I imagine the feeling of the thief!
What a loser thief!

Went to KFC with Eugene for dinner and went to Hello shop to see the latest and coolest phone in the current market - the iPhone 3G!!
We tried it and it was so good!
After that, we bought Sundae hot fudge ice-cream from mac.
Went to the bus 83 stand after that.
At the bus interchange at compasspoint, saw my chinese teacher, Tian 老师, with another female teacher.
I supposed she teaches other school because I don't see her in my school.
All of us board the same bus home.
Chatted about poly stuff with Eugene in the bus and about the funny happenings, especially my lost handphone!

Got home and told me parents about it, they just told me that they will pass me a temporary phone for the time being and will buy me a new one when my contract ends this November.
Not interested in mobile phones already.
When I was in my secondary school, I was so crazy over new release of mobile phones.
Now, any phone also can because the main purpose is to make phone calls and sms.

So right now, I'm using my cousin computer to blog, as my laptop is still at HP servicing centre and will get it back this Tuesday!
Oh man, my laptop was sent for servicing for 1 and a half week already!

Going to sleep soon.

Starting from today, I'm going to start mugging for my upcoming promotional exam!
Less than 3 weeks, I'm too lazy to count the exact number of days [not going to waste my time to count]
Anyway, I'm going to study damn hard for my economic and chemistry, followed by math and at the same time read through the gp stuff.
As for chinese and physics, I'll happy-go-lucky.
I hope to score at least 50 points and above before going to poly!
Project work is another time killer - eats up my time for studying.
But I'll still do a clean job for PW.

I know I should not only say and say what I'm going to study, and should take action immediately.
So, I shall end my blog here and start revising for my math test tomorrow and also read up the market structures for economic.

Finally, after 48 years of fighting for an Olympic medal, Singapore Women's Table Tennis team had made Singapore proud by winning a Silver medal.
Singapore coach Liu Guodong had helped Singapore ended her 48 years medal drought.
The 3 Table Tennis heroines: Li Jiawei, Feng Tianwei & Wang Yuegu had played at their best at this Olympic games.
I felt happy and proud of them!

No more JC for me?

4 more weeks to my promotional exams, yet right now [I could say this feeling started about a week ago] I'm feeling damn confused!
Should I stay in JC or start a new phase of my life in poly? [most likely TP]
To be honest, I'd settled down in JC, had great friends over here, especially the people from 1S22 and my table tennis mates.
ARGH! It's getting me crazy! I kept thinking and my thoughts aren't just not sort out, or kind of thing.
Next Saturday, Miss Ni is getting some of her friends, of different occupations to come over to the school to talk to us.
I want to ask about the career of a photographer, pilot and management.
I think to me, JC isn't the route to what I want to be in the future, I believe I can do well in poly.
My mum just let me decide, she said as long as I'm happy with it and don't regret, she will be glad enough to let me go to poly.
As for my dad, he was slightly against me for going to poly, since I managed to get into a jc.
He told me even if I want to go poly, he would expect me to pass my promo first then talk about it.
Adding on to that, I felt the need to do well for my promo and to prove to my dad and sis that I'm capable of studying in JC.
So even if I pass or fail my promo, no matter what's my rank point, I'll still go to poly.
I would most probably go to TP as most of my pss friends are over there.
And of course, my gf is at TP too! Will look for her over there, although she told me to stay in JC as she don't want me to waste 1 year in JC for nothing.
Argh! I know she has a point there, but I still think that poly is much more suitable for me.
Life will be better off in poly, definitely for sure!
Despite wasting 1 year in JC, I find that it's alright because at least I been through JC and know how it felt, thus it'll give me a better head-start in poly.

Benjamin is also going to poly. I'm not sure which poly he's going to, but he told me that it'll most probably be Banking & Finances in SP.

Just can't wait for promo to be over, study for these 4 weeks and also get the PW done properly [I hope I can]. Do well for my promo and go for the Vietnam trip during the December holidays [yongheng and darius going!] and then go to poly next year jan/feb.
That's what I'm going to do.
Will definitely miss my 1S22 friends here in jc and those funny moments we all had.
But I gotta get moving on in my life and not to stuck in a 2 years course in JC where I don't do well for A level and also, the chances of getting into local universities are very slim!
My sister who got 65 points can't make it to local uni, thus she's now taking a degree in NIE.

So I think my final decision are quite clear, still not going to confirm whether to stay or go to poly.
But chances are I'll be going to poly.
What course I'm going to take in poly, is still not confirm!
Maybe Visual Comm. in TP, or Banking & Finances, or management.. I still don't know yet.
So now, I'm going to work hard for my promo! 4 more weeks...

A recap since last wednesday

Finally free to blog!
I was quite busy that I didn't have the time.
So for now, let me reflect on the things that had happened since Wednesday and what I had done.

Wednesday, 6th August
CCA day, but that day the hall was used by the teachers for Thank-Giving Day rehearsal. So my table tennis training was cancelled!
And so, I don't need to train, which I think I won't be training for the next 1 and the half month? Because my promo exam is just like 5 weeks away.
So I stayed back in school with jiale and germayne to do the GP AQ [Application Question] in the library and printed it out and handed it to miss ni.
After that, supposed to helped jiale and germayne project work group to take some photos for their 'pilot testing', which required benjamin to climb the wall.
But benjamin had some physical training that day, therefore photos wasn't taken and jiale went home first.
Left me and germayne in the school concourse bench.
So I do the chemistry assignment homework while germayne wait for his gf.
Chemistry homework was supposed to be handed up on Monday, yet I started on it on Wednesday.
My procrastination never dies...
Then later saw michelle, her tennis training was over.
She asked germayne & I to accompany her to hougang mall to buy her mother a cake.
I'm so lazy to go, but since germayne is going, thus I just tagged along.
Just outside the school, germayne's gf called and he had to go back to school and send her home, I guess?
Then in the end, only michelle & I went to hougang mall.
On the way, I kept 'dragging' myself, because I don't feel like going as I had to go back to school again to hand in the chemistry assignment to miss cheng.
But still, I accompanied michelle to hougang mall Bengawan Solo.
Michelle bought a cheese cake for her mum, and I told michelle that she was very stingy, because cheese cake means 'cheap-skate'. My joke was cold & lame. I know that!
Returned back to school after that and I met jason and we sat near the basketball court talking nonsense, as usual.
He left at 6pm. I went to my locker to put some stuff and on my way down, saw some 1S22 people near the track area.
Slack a while there and talked so crap.
Lots of pictures were taken, yet I only got 1 of them.

Only guys! Yongheng & wenbin were still having their training, so they weren't there.
Went home after that.

Thursday, 7th August
Just a normal day.. Nothing special.
Played basketball during pe with the guys and happy-go-lucky again.
I don't like Mr Lim. He's not a good pe teacher, doesn't do his part as a pe teacher and to me, he's just 'eating snakes' and wasting moe resources.

Friday, 8th August
A real special day!
I missed that day, even now..
No school on that day, but we are supposed to go back to school at 5pm for the Thank-giving concert, performed by the teachers.
It's very exciting and it's also the best ever concert performed by teachers in my education years.
Secondary school concert was nothing as compared to this.
I hoped to have the video of the concert as I want to watch it again.
I shall ask from the photography club.
Miss ni, miss cheng and even miss au performed well. Their singing and dancing were good!
The Math department had sang the song "一千年以后" and every math teachers had their young time photos shown on the projector screen.
Mr Lau looked almost the same when he was young. Damn funny.
Our class took a few photos after the concert. Mr Lau & Miss Ni were in the picture too. OMG!

Then the 1S22ers went to kovan Yoshinoya for dinner.
Bukcheng & I didn't eat. I wasn't hungry at that time.
Talked a while at there and michelle wanted to go for a drink at Clarke quay.
Wenbin & I suggested to buy some liquor at 7-eleven instead because it's cheaper this way and safer for michelle.
Sat outside kovan 7-eleven and drank 3 bottles of liquor.
I bought 2 bottles of 11% and michelle bought 1 bottle of 8%.
The one that I bought tasted nicer.
Bukcheng, wanru and cheryl didn't drink at all.
Me, michelle, wenbin, yeehua, timothy, rueyyi, wenhui drank.
I drank the most, 1 and the half bottle of 11% one and some mouth of the 8% one.
My mind got 'washed out' after 10mins or so, I couldn't really think properly, but still wasn't drunk. But if another 2 bottles of 11%, I would be on the floor asleep.
Went home and bought my dog down, with a sub-conscious mind already, at around 1am.
After that, bathed and sleep very soundly.

Saturday, 9th August
Happy 43th Birthday Singapore!
Met derek at kovan for pool at around 4pm.
Played for 2hrs and ate carrot cake at the coffee shop beside kovan heartland mall.
Grandmother cooked curry, bak kut teh, fried vermicelli, fried rice and rice.
Almost everyone are coming to her house for dinner.
Some of my aunties and cousins are playing mahjong in the room. And they played till the next afternoon.
I was watching the Beijing Olympic games and the national day parade on tv.
Watched The Forbidden Kingdom on my laptop and slept at 3am.

Sunday, 10th August
Woke up at 12pm and ate yesterday's curry with rice for lunch.
Revised through the Chemistry SPA stuff, memorised again.
Then later slept from 3-8pm.
Woke up and went to punggol plaza for dinner.
Then accompanied my mum to ntuc to buy stuff.
Later on, brought my dog down for a walk. Saw baoxing on the way, and my dog kept barking at her. Baoxing was afraid of my dog now, because he was so hostile towards her.
Bathed and rest for an hour.

Past 12am already, so it's Monday, 11th August.
Used my laptop from 1am till now. Quite tired already.
And I'm meeting darius at kovan at 11am.
Hopefully I can wake up!
I slack quite a lot for the past 2 days. I better start work when I wake up later.

Time now is 5.09am
I'm waking up at 8am to study.

This weekend

I'm able to blog once again.
Was quite busy during the past few days.
Anyway, yesterday was my school charity run event "I Will Run".
Run 1km/person will be able to raise $1.
I ran 16 rounds, which is 16km in total.
That was my first time running 16km and I didn't stop at all.
I paced myself and together with germayne and buk cheng.
I kept pouring water on my body and wet my lips constantly.
The run was great and so was the event!
$50k was given to SDSC [Singapore Disability Sports Council] by my school at the end of the event, to send their athletes to Beijing Paralympic Games.

So after the event, some of 1S22 people went to Bishan J8 for lunch.
Took bus 55 there, and in the bus, this incident happened.....

Buk cheng was sleeping in the bus, lying on someone's shoulder.

Lunched at Pastamania and took some photos with yeomei and wanru's canon cameras.

2 gays, buk cheng and ~~wen ya~~ wen bin.

Went home after lunch. Took bus 13 with yong heng and cheryl to boon keng.
Then I took train to punggol, took about 30 mins. Quite fast.
Sleep immediately upon reaching home.
For about 2 hours and woke up.
Then I took bus 62 to kovan to meet darius. I was late!
And 1 very funny thing was darius told me while he was waiting for me, he almost got 'raped' by a man.
Darius said that man was a gay, kept looking at him and following him.
A gay at Kovan!
Darius shall be the 2nd one.
Anyway, played pool with him for 1 hour and a half.
Went home to change and get my studying materials and headed to potong pasir.
Took bus 133 from the mrt station 3 bus stops down and met up with darius.
He stayed 24th floor. The breeze up there was good!
We stayed up till 4am, then slept till 8.30am this morning and went out at 10am for breakfast at boon keng KFC and studied for econs.
Finally, we went home at 3pm.

I'm so so sorry bukcheng, it's because I'm too bored.

Today school quite dry.
Tiring still, and always will.
Slept at 1am last night, now super tired. My eyes just can't take it anymore.
GP lesson today was funny! With the 'fur trader' group having their presentation today!
Buk cheng was super funny due to his stupid grammatical mistakes, MISTAKES because there're really too many mistakes in his slides, eg. He typed "haves" instead of "have", that make almost the whole class to giggle and laugh non-stop.
OMG!
Even their leader, wenbin also lose hope in the group presentation.
And bukcheng was arguing with Miss ni by saying that there are errors with his slides, etc.
Damn funny!

Oh ya, saying of bukcheng reminds me of this photo! I had edited quite a lot to make the picture "nicer" (you know what I mean by that, bukcheng).

Tomorrow is chem lecture test; on Gas Law & Chemical Kinetics.
I hope to do well... because this test stands 10% of the whole year percentage.

a Fun, Hectic day

Hey man.. Finally I can sat down and blog about what happened the whole day(yesterday, cause now the time had past 12 midnight!)

Woke up at 12.30pm, due to my mum kept calling my hp. I woke up and was shocked at the time! I was late for my pw meeting at Bishan J8. Suppose to meet at 12pm, yet the time I woke up was 12.30pm.
I'm so super-duper late.
Called yongheng and he told me he was on his way there already. DIE!!!
I packed my stuff (laptop and camera) and hurried down to take bus 62 to srjc bus stop. Saw benjamin while waiting for bus 55. He told me that he came back to school to take his rock climbing shoes for tomorrow competition.
GOOD LUCK BENJAMIN!!!
Bus 55 took so long to reach, I waited for exactly 20 mins. What is the bus driver doing man??
Board the bus and the driver was an INDIAN!! Kinda pissed me off already, and his face was so black! WTH. I'm not being racist, but "his colour" makes me felt very uncomfortable.
Reached J8 and took another bus down to Bishan Park at street 22.
I bought drinks for my pw group members.
Met up with them and they were like keeping the stuff and so.
I reached there at..... 2.30pm
Thanks goodness, I'm always late for meeting, I'll be early from next meeting onwards. Promise!
Esther and yeehua went off already. Leaving me, wen bin, yong heng and jennifer.
Soon, yong heng's friend came (he was 1.9m tall) and both of them left.
So wen bin, jennifer and I made our way out of Bishan Park and after we crossed the condo show flat, wen bin left to his friend's house to SLACK!

So me and jennifer went to Thomson Plaza KFC to do our pw interview video.
We wrote down everything (word for word) what Adam Khoo had said in the video I had recorded. It took us 1 hour plus to only write down 12mins of the video, because we had to 'play-stop, play-stop, rewind.. etc' in order to write down. [saying is faster than writing!]
So after my laptop battery had being used up, we headed to AMK Hub and I bought a NIKE shoe bag ($20) and a ADIDAS water bottle with Liverpool logo on it ($9).. Woo! Liverpool rocks man!!!

So after that Jennifer and I went home. Took different bus.
I board bus 136 that goes to Pungool. When I board the bus, I saw wenkai at the back seat. His hair at the back is long!
We talked and slept in the bus, TIRED.

Reached punggol Econ bus stop after a 1 hour journey and alighted there to have our dinner.
We ate 'PONGGOL NASI LEMAK'. It's expensive! It cost me $4 including $0.20 for extra rice.
Wenkai saw his father and younger sister there, so we joined them.
Wenkai's dad bought us drinks. Thanks!!!
Walked home after dinner.

After putting down my stuff at home, I went out again.
I was out for at least 12 hours already.
Took bus 62 to hougang mall and walked to hougang plaza. Met up with Eugene and his friends (mostly girls, they are from pss and our juniors)
Went to 3rd floor for pool and as I was about to 'open table', the counter asked for eugene's friends I/C or ez-link card. They couldn't produce theirs because they're not above 16 of age. Sad for them.
But that lady (age around 20 plus) at the counter had a bloody damn freaking bad attitude.
The way she demand for their I/C was VERY RUDE!!
I felt like giving her a punch in her face. She wore skimpy clothes and dressed like some bimbo. Looks a little ugly, but with her poor attitude just now, I think she looks super ugly to me now. Few hours back, at around 3.20pm, after my school had ended, my PW group members went to Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group (AKLTG) office to interview Adam Khoo. It was for our Project Work and interviewing him would give us a better chance of doing well for this project!

In quick succession, we were in his office and began our 30 mins interview! My group, SR139, is super efficient!!
I felt super enlightened after his interview, and what he said really cleared the blockage in my brain, and I felt... ENLIGHTEN. It seemed like attending a free Adam Khoo course! His answers to our interview questions were fantastic and fabulous!

I was the videographer and I record the footage down for the whole 30 mins!
Everyone in my group had a hard time man! Cheers people.

A super superb relaxing day!!!

Recalling... back to last Saturday, 19th June
A day that started off well...
Woke up and went to compasspoint to meet yongheng at Burger King. I was late this time!
Normally and as always, yongheng is the one that will be late for any and every meet up. Finally, I came and saw yongheng bought the Famous Amos cookies beside mac.
He's ~~too rich~~ wasting money! If I wasn't late, he wouldn't had bought those cookies.
Anyway, I brought my laptop to Burger King to let him use to finish his EoM. But he just browse through the website to find its source and author for credibility. I had to hard time trying to configure the Internet for him to use, because I had forgotten the internet password. Stupid wireless@SG.

Later, yongheng and I met up with Darius! We took Bus 83 from sengkang bus interchange to punggol. Both of them are so amused by the "emptiness" of punggol. The so-called "ulu" place where I lived in. Next time you guys who didn't been to punggol before, please come over to take a look.
People will fly kites during the weekends norms.
I alighted at my house bus stop, which is at punggol plaza, while both of them took the bus till punggol bus interchange, where jia le was waiting over there.
Darius called me, when I was at home packing my clothes, to bring hair wax and a ball to play during swimming. He's so crappy! Nonsense.
I went to punggol plaza stationary store to get a ball (Made in China) for $2.50 and took a bus to meet the three of them at punggol bus interchange.

When I alighted from the bus, I saw jia le's retarded behaviour!!! He's damn funny, due to his actions. He's mind is polluted and silly!
Board the MCC (Marina Country Club) bus (free) and a short ride into the deep part of punggol. The journey of the bus is about 7mins. Quite exact estimation! I already said it's an estimation!

Arrived at the country club, we paid $7 each (total $28) to rent the lockers and as well to enjoy the facilities there. Very cheap right? Just $7 and you'll be able to enjoy such a great deal.
We went to the steam room, followed by the jacuzzi and then we went to the swimming pool. One word/slang to describe our whole day mood at the MCC "SHIOK"

We left MCC at about 8.15pm and board the MCC bus to compasspoint.
We couldn't decide where to eat, at first we wanted to eat at punggol, but darius wants to go home early, so therefore we decided to have our dinner at sengkang!
But where?
I suggested the Koufu near compasspoint. I brought yongheng,darius and jia le there. 5mins walk only. And we ordered food from different stalls and we shared the delicious, mouth-watering food together.

See!! A lot of dishes right? Yong heng managed to devour on the food and helped us to finish.

After eating, we're so "bo liao". Slang again. Okay forgive me on that, I can't think of other words to describe that action, which is we noticed an error in the poster from one of the food stalls.

Can you spot the mistake? There's a typo error. See properly!!!

In that poster, it says "饭" yet it says "noodle". Rice ≠ Noodle
Aren't we very "bo liao" to go notice this mistake and take a photo of it?
Okay, but it's quite funny.

Woke up at 11am and turned on my laptop.
Michelle was asking me about the homework that we need to do and of course, Math test this Tuesday!
She finally sent me the class photo we took the other time in school, during michelle, yeomei and joan birthday!
Actually that day 28th May was michelle's birthday, but we celebrate theirs together.

So back to text, yesterday was my school Parents Night 2008. Sounds nice right?
Actually that event was for students who did badly for mye or poor conduct, then their parents will be "invited" to the school.
And guess what?
My dad was being invited and Miss Ni talked to my dad and I, regarding my poor results and under performing.
Sigh. Later on, Mr Phay talked to my dad too. He didn't say anything bad about me, he said that I was a smart boy, just that I likes to study for exam at the eleventh hour. And my dad and Mr Phau were communicating well. Cool.
Miss Ni also didn't say anything bad about me, just that she mentioned to my dad that I'm easily distracted by my other guy friends in class. So she told me dad (but actually she is telling me and not my dad) that I should concentrate more in class and tell the other boys to keep quiet and stop talking to me.
My dad drove me home and later brought my dog down for a walk.

As I was walking my dog, I saw Huiyin and Sunny, the 2 lovebirds, sitting near the punggol basketball court ~~hugging & kissing~~. And Rusell didn't barked at them. And 3 of us went to huiyin's block and she went up to get some water for Rusell and she brought one of her 3 schnauzer down, her only male dog, Bobby. Bobby damn fat! I can squeeze his thick layer of fat from his neck. 3 of us and the 2 dogs went to the nearby playground and slack. Played with the dogs and that estate have lots of dog owners.
We saw a dog that was real cute! He can stand on his back legs and his front paws will shake front and back, like his owner mentioned, that action is known as "Gong xi Gong xi". Very cute!! Omg! I'm losing my nerves.

Now I'm going to rush to sengkang to meet Yongheng to lend him my laptop to do his EoM. He's very unlucky; his computer spoil at the wrong time!
So I'm going to be a nice guy to lend me.
Okay, enough compliment for myself.
Later around 2pm, Yong Heng, Jia Le, Darius ($2 Boy) and I going to Punggol Marina Country Club for relaxation.
Spa, Sauna, Gym, Swim, Steam room, etc... many many more. For just $7. Super cheap!

Fitness!

Today in school, I ran a total of 8km.
That's crazy man. Ran the "wIll run" route 5 times, which is 5km and after school ends, I ran another 3km to train for the Vietnam trip end of this year.
It's part of the training module, not I wanted to train.
Anyway, today was A Level Chinese Listening Comprehension.
Most likely I will get all the questions correct.
Quite simple to me. I double check my answers with all my other friends and they got exactly the same as mine. I checked from other students from other colleges too.
I felt so secured! Hopefully my oral the other time managed to get a 'merit', not a 'passed'.
During the Vietnam trip training, we did lots of physical training, and they are a little demanding.
Ran 3km in 15mins and ran up the stairs of a nearby HDB block 4 times. My leg muscles are damn tiring you know.
But for sure that my stamina are building, and I can sense that. Cool~

Cupcakes Day!

Today, my class received cupcakes from our civic tutor!
I'm those who dislikes pastries, so it won't be surprising that I had to "eat" the 2 cupcakes with those thick cream on the top.
But I finished them in the end, took quite a long time.
But I shall not put it that bad, cause after all it's from Miss Ni.
Thank you MISS NI!!
It's from a company call CCup, and the guys were thinking of C-cup, women bust. lol.
I think only our class have it, and 1S21 was jealous that we had free cupcakes!
Quite expensive you know, I heard that 1 cupcake costs $5.
Rich people can afford it.

The packaging very nice right? I think it's only the packaging that makes CCup attractive, not the cupcakes

Hey, I'm quite happy today.
I went with Yong heng to look for Ms Rivera for interview to Vietnam during the December holiday end of this year.
And guess what man?
My interview was a successful one.
I was being interviewed by Ms Rivera and Mr Teng.
And when Mr Teng asked my what was my rank point, I said 10, his reaction was like "OMG" BIG reaction of him man.
He was totally shocked that I score a 10.
But I should say I could only blame myself for not studying.

Then just now evening went to cut my hair, now it looks short except my fringe!
And went to buy this laptop mouse. I bought it because it looks unique and cute.

My new laptop mouse! It is slim and small, but it's ergonomically designed! Compare it with the size of the 50-cent coin

Busy weekend

Yesterday was really very busy, totally packed!
Woke up at 10am and met Edwin and Ma qian at the bus stop behind the school.
Took a bus to AMK hub and took a train to toa payoh.
Went to have our lunch at mac and later waited for a few more others then we took a bus to the SPC petrol station beside Pei Chun public school.
It's a CIP project organised by Mediacorp Radio 95.8 FM and sponsored by SPC, to collect old stuff like newspaper, clothes, toys, etc and recycle them.
We went there as volunteers to help to tied the newspaper, count the cans and bottle, etc. The whole of table tennis team went there.
I clocked 3 hours already. This coming Sunday will be at Mountbatten SPC.
Quite far. But it's worth!
The mediacorp radio even gave us a shirt and a badge to wear. And after that 3 hours, they gave us a certificate.
Good right?

Then after the CIP activity, I went home to change and met jiale at Dhoby Ghaut MRT station and went to Orchard Sakura.
The buffet was very good! The food was delicious.
Jiale, Yong heng, Benjamin, Wen bin, Buk cheng, Wen hui, Cheryl, Yeo mei and I went, the rest of 1S22 super slack, lazy people...

Reach home at 10.45pm, tired. Bathed and slept...

A one month sickness

'Cough'...'Cough'...
I'd been coughing for the past 1 month.
Since the beginning of my GP mye paper till now, it's exactly a month!
Sometimes I even have that urge of throwing up due to over exertion on my chest muscle.
Sounds serious. It's indeed SERIOUS, of course!
Seen a doctor, yet I didn't consume the medicine the clinic gave.
Too lazy to eat.
I was told that my bad cough was due to a quite bad inflammation in my throat, looks damn red.
I should better eat the antibiotics before anything gets worst.

Went to Ang Mo Kio library this morning at 9.30am till now. I'm not sure what time are we going home.
I'm so pissed.
Brought my laptop to the library in good condition and now I realised that my laptop screen got a deep scratch. WTF!!
It's not possible to get this scratch claimed under warranty.
Just bought it less than 2 weeks ago and it had became this state.
It is impossible to open my mouth to ask for compensation, I think I just got to fork out my money to change the screen, and I don't know how much it cost.

What an unlucky day!

Hey! Today is really good for me...
After my training ends at 7pm, I went home with Eng Mgu.
Bathe, bring the dog down for a walk and met up with Eng Mgu again at 'Bai Mei Super mart' at 9pm.
Took Bus 82 to Rivervale Plaza and went to Mac.
Enter Mac and guess who I saw... Yeomei, Dudley, Max and some of their friends.
I think they're there to study.
And I kept coughing the whole day, even at Mac.
Studied from 9.30pm till now (now resting, so I went online to blog), and I think both of us are going to study till 3am.
Tomorrow still need to wake up at 7.30am, meeting my PW group members at Ang Mo Kio library at 9am. I'll not be late again.
I'll be so deprived of sleep!
Damn it.
But anyway, it's worth! Because I had covered many stuff, ranging from Chemistry to Econs to doing my 25 PW survey questions and brainstorming 5 questions for Adam Khoo's interview session this coming Wednesday.
I felt so glad that I'm on task once again! "Once Again!! means I was always not on task."
Anyway, I'm going to study.
But at the meanwhile, I'm going to read the Discovery Channel Magazine that Miss Ni gave today.
It contains lots of interesting facts, such as the possibility of teleportation!
Guess I must complete reading it.
Eng Mgu is still studying now. Didn't see him take a break from just now till now.
Hardcore.

What a day!!

Today is so hectic.
Suppose chemistry practical end at 3.30pm and school ends, yet the class has to stay back 1hour for math quiz. I tell you, I think I'll get 4/15. Kill myself again for not studying.
Then after that, half an hour break and we had to attend PW make-up lesson that we missed on Monday due to youth day.
WTH.. Reached home at 7pm instead of 4pm.
Tiring!
And now, I have alot of things to do by tonight!
1) Math tutorial on MI
2) Math MYE corrections
3) Chinese ws
4) Read through GP notes for tomorrow test
5) Complete chemistry tutorial last question
6) Contact my table tennis J2 members about CIP project

SEE!! I'll die. Suffocated with all these nonsense stuff.

I missed pool man. So long never play already. Like almost 1 month.
"Can't play pool anymore for now, wait till promo end then play pool and club, and I'll find Ricky to go clubbing!"
Still remember last year after O level ends, me and him went clubbing and till the next day. And I still recalled his 'misdeeds'...

I lost my awareness in this world of mine

Today, the class got to see their Term 2 and MYE overall results. I'm real damn upset over the pathetic point rank of 10.
When I signed my name on the paper to verify that the scores are correct, I felt melancholic.
Needless to say, I won't say that this is an excuse, but honestly speaking, I didn't study for MYE. All I did was open up the lecture notes and read for about 2 hours for each subject. I regretted alot for not putting in any effort for the MYE.
Who to blame? Only myself... Sigh. But soon I began to feel alright and that led to make me consider to change my attitude towards studying, change my studying style and habits.

Training starts at 5pm and ends at 7pm.
Went home with Eng Mgu. Took Bus 62 and at the bus-stop, I saw yeehua.
The double-decker bus soon came and I waved bye to her.
On the upper deck, Eng Mgu and I were talking and of course, share MYE results.
He just passed with a point rank of 35. Lucky for him.
He told me that his chinese was so 'tyco' to get an "A".
Cool man he.. He's quite hardworking.

Went home and slept immediately after bathing.
Tiring day.

Hurray!! I just got a new software today!
OMG! It's a photoshop CS3. Not just that, I got a Adobe Master Collection CS3, consist of all the adobe software like editing photos, videos, animation, etc.. The whole suite.
The price of this master collection cost a bomb!! more than 2k..
Omg! Crazy expensive right?

Youth day = overloaded day

It's Youth Day today! Suppose for us teenagers to rest, yet tons of homework needed to be done.
I got math test to study, gp homework to complete, gpp survey to do, finishing up those few questions for chemistry tutorial, econ tutorial and lastly, those questions of Mathematical Induction!!
See! So many tasks to do, thanks to my super-duper procrastination.
I want to scream out these words, "WTF"!!
And tomorrow school starts.. Hopefully to learn and not to rot.
I'm going to start studying for my math test now, followed by doing the gp homework and lastly prepare for econ tutorial!

I'm suppose to attend a camp, organised by the Table Tennis team and the squash team, today. As a vice-captain, I didn't attend. Due to my incomplete homeworks and the long duration of the camp, I decided to stay at homework and rest.
Tomorrow is my A level chinese oral too. Going to the camp involve shouting and cheering, and moreover I'm having a sorethroat and a bad cough (3 weeks already!!)...

Oh ya, before I forget, I need to buy a oral thermometer.
Good for my friends in Poly, they don't have this Gay Thing call Temperature Taking Exercise.
If you're sick like having a fever, you won't be coming to school already, unless you're some hardcore mugger.. This temperature taking exercise is too stupid already.
And I'm saying the person who came up with this idea is stupid!

Guess that it was really shocking that I started a blog. I'd longed to create one, but I kept procrastinating..

Anyway, I went to the Singapore flyer yesterday! A slow 35mins rotation, wasn't that high, just 165m.
